Lily’s River Sanctuary Rental Agreement and Policies

These Policies relate to cabin rental, please read all. Rate applies to dates selected. I you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
This Home is NON-SMOKING.

Rental Policy

I would like to welcome you to my home and I am glad to share it with you. I ask that you treat it as you would your own home. Taking care of the home will allow you to rent it again and keep the rental prices low. Please don’t hesitate to call me with any questions or concerns.


Please call or e-mail about the dates you are interested in. Dates are not guaranteed until confirmed.


Rates are Subject to Change.


Reservation will be lost if deposit is not received within 7 work days.

Payments and Confirmation

Reservations made less than 30 days from arrival require immediate payment in full and require payment through PayPal.
Reservations made more than 30 days in advance require a 50% deposit upon confirmation. Remaining balances is due one week prior to check-in.
I accept payment using PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment.

In the case of late payment on the Balance 1 week prior to check in you will forfeit your deposit and rental of the cabin. No Exceptions.



A reservation may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in, subject to non-refundable 10%.
Sorry, no refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in unless the Unit can be re-rented for the same dates. There are no exceptions to this.

Damage Deposits

I do not charge a damage deposit prior to check-in. Any damage must be reported prior to check-out by guest. If the damage is beyond normal use I do expect payment for the damages incurred.


Pets are allowed, with PRIOR approval and payment of additional non-refundable pet fee. In most cases, this equals $10.00 per night per pet.

Extra Guests

Space is available for up to 6, the current rate is set to 4 people, and additional cost is $10 per person per night. No extra charge for children under 13.

Cleaning and Minimum Stays

I have a three night minimum stay with a one time cleaning fee of $80
Renters are responsible for removing trash and cleaning dishes.

Check-In and Check-Out

Detailed instructions and directions will be given upon receipt of full Payment.

Check-In is 4 p.m.
Check-Out is 10 a.m.

Earlier check-ins and later check-outs may be available with prior approval.

Taxes and Fees

Total payment due from renter will include any applicable sales and lodging taxes.
